"Norton Remover"?

Am using win98se. Is there a "Norton Remover"? Found this, but it goes nowhere:

There is a Norton Remover, I use it occasionally and it works quite well. Removes the folders and cleans all references from the registry as well, particularly useful when updating to a later version of Norton as the settings of the old installation are occasionally transferred to the new install.

I originally downloaded it directly from symantec a year or two ago but can't find a link to it now.

It's under 400kb so if you can't find a link just pm or e-mail me with your e-mail addy & I'll forward a copy on to you.
