Go Cowboys !!
The Dallas Cowboys cut Quincy Carter for failing a drug test. Good for them.

It'll be interesting to see if Vinnie Testraverte can do the job for them. HA! It's going be fun to watch the Redskins play 'em.

Sad to see him go down like that, but I'm glad he is outta there.
Now to find a decent quarterback

I'd rather have him than Carter. Carter just never impressed me.

Vinnie's biggest problem w/ the Jets was that he was inconsistent. He would be great one week and stink the next.

They cut him because Parcells doesn't like him, and wants to give the starting job to his boy Vinnie Testicleverde. The drug stuff is just an excuse.

Doesn't matter. Do you want him for your team ?

If we didn't have Maddox lined up as the starter this year, and Ben Roethlisberger waiting in the wings, hell yeah. Quincy had a great year last year, and led them to the playoffs for the first time in years. He always showed potential, he just started to realize it last year.

I thought he (and having no running back) held the team back last year. Granted, we didn't have anyone better, but he's no Troy Aikman. It was the defense that got the Cowboys in the playoffs.

I agree with Cobra, Carter has a whole lot of potential, his biggest problem is learning when not to throw. He could be a good QB if given more training and maturity.

Maybe if he could leave the coke alone...
