Moved to the right city I guess. We have Time Warner, Ameritech and Wide Open West available all over the city. We also have a couple different telephone service providers, but they are equally bad. If you ever have a problem good luck trying to find a real person to talk to.

It's official. I dropped Adelphia. Getting Verizon DSL in about a week. Same speed. Save 30.00 a month. Now I can get really nasty with Adelphia. And ask JaxSon. Techs knows nasty!

Hey, as long as they do it better than everyone else, Im all for it. Shows the other companies that they cant provide an inferior service and get away with it

I've had Verizon DSL for about 2 years, and have been very happy (despite being too far from the CO to get 1.5mb service). Their customer service was very good about sending techs out to resolve some line issues that developed. They even installed a splitter on premises for free.
I could get faster service w/ Optimum Online (Cablevision) for $10/mo more, but I hate them so much as a cable company I can't bring myself to do it.
