Explorer illegel action!
I had thought I read somewhere in here about this, but I can't seem to find it so I'll just ask.
While browsing the internet, I keep getting the illegel action explorer will shut down window!
caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff7b9f6.
This is begining to beg me! It seems to happen though out my system with just about any program I run.
I had a major crash recently, which I ended up doing a LowLevel format instead of just formatting, so I'm working with a fresh upload of win98se, I've gone to the winows site for all the updates.
System; Win98SE, IE 5.5, NS 4.73, AMD 350 K-6, 3D Now, 256 RAM, ATI Expert video card, WD 6.4 Gig HD, Soundblaster Live, PCI Ethernet 10/100, 48X CD-Rom, CDRW, Zip.
The only new program is Chachman, to try to manage the memory!
Anyone got a sugestion??????
Computers are like life, constantly changing, and without change we would become STAGNET

Have seen similar thing B4. Fixed it with a full format and re-install of SE and all else.
I'm sure there is a quick fix, other than just using NS all the time ( which is my preferred option ). Kinda like going from a Ford to a Chev . EWWW
