Once you get into monthly pay it has its advantages. Just make sure that all bills are debited from the bank one day AFTER you get paid each month.

For me, it's probably better. I'll be less likely to waste money on small things if I don't have it coming in every week. Plus they do direct deposit, so I'll have to actually think about how much cash I want to pull out of the bank.
I think after I get my first full month's paycheck from there, it'll be WAY better than the current situation.
