Geforce fx5600 Drivers wont install
I have had a geforce fx 5600 made by jetway I think and I recently had my system crash out on me, windows xp would not start, so I formated and reinstalled but now the text on my boot up screen is a little odd, there are pixels missing from the letters for example CPU ATLON 2500 is kinda artifcated and when windows has loaded its in low colour mode and shows as VGA and wont let me install any detinators. any info peeps?

Does the FX show-up in DeviceManager ?
Do you know what or why your system crashed and wouldn't restart ? because the reason it crashed in the first place may be related to problem your having now .

AHHH! I have not tried downloading NEWEST 4in1 via drivers. BUT I WILL NOW. I only switched to a FX_5200_ultra and that cleared my problem. Now I have an extra 5600ep, so I must try latest 4in1. I have the NVIDIA 61.77 for geforce and XP.
good luck alanew
as i say i aint had any problems
