If those were AMD, they would still be considered in the upper-middle range...
75C is too high.
Other things which can influence heat, besides CPU die size, would be airflow in the case, overheating vid card, disks that run hot (10,000 RPM or SCSI), etc.
What about the presence of a heatshield on the CPUs?
Or even thermal grease?
