Have you cleaned the dvd disks?
Have you got a lens cleaner for your dvd drive?

Have you ever been able to play movies?
If you start PowerDVD first then choose play will it work?
Is it just the Autorun that isn't working?
Have you checked the region settings of the DVD?
Is the DVD set for the right region to match the DVD?
Do you get any error messages that might help us diagnose?

Between the last time you successfully played a dvd and noticed it was not playing any movies did you install, update, uninstall or remove any hardware, software or do any windows updates?
about dvd regions
Are these burned dvds or are they original dvds?

tejal, what did you do to sort it? Others may have a similar problem.
