    Almost as bad as the call I went to last night. Customer had a new computer (bought elsewhere), and had been trying for ". . more than an hour" to install her hp 6110 all-in-one printer. "It was working fine with the old computer, but for some reason the new computer does not like it".

    USB cable was hanging behind the printer stand - not plugged into the computer.

    Only reason I knew what the clear ones where when I got my first ones for my burner is because I used to work for a CD Manufacturer and we used them on the bottom and top of every stack to protect the real ones.
