Try this driver: http://download.sis.com/download_ste...os=4&x=10&y=17. Do you know which model motherboard you have? Also, do you have SP1 (or SP2) installed?
As far as your startup programs, run the System Information plug in (under Accessories/System Tools) and post the information from Software Environment/Startup Programs, or post the hijack this log
