No, I believe that he's been taken out by the latest poll results:
From CNN:
Poll: Bush apparently gets modest bounce
The percentage of likely voters who said he was their choice for president rose from 50 right before the convention to 52 immediately afterward.
Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, the Democratic nominee, was the choice of 45 percent of the likely voters interviewed in the most recent poll. He had 47 percent in the poll taken August 23-25.
Summary: 7 point lead.
Same from Gallup:
Bush Gets Small Convention Bounce, Leads Kerry by Seven

I don't think such a thing exists. I like having techs here, I get to read all the stuff on the drudgereport in the morning then see techs post all the news stories here throughout the day. Plus there are all the fun arguments that come out of his posts.
