Starting drivers?
installing CM 18738/C3DX PCI Audio Device ( Seal SSC-4 Sound card)
I am getting " driver enabled but has not started" . Can anyone tell me how to get the drivers started?

need abit more info you say that you are installing CM 18738/C3DX PCI audio device but you say that you have a Seal SSC-4 Sound Card
is the cm18738 audio "onboard " and the seal a pci card ?
if so you need to disable the onboard sound and put the driver in for the seal sound card go to www.driverguide.com
( user name = driver / password = all )
still need some more info about your sound post back

The Seal SSC-4 card uses the driver CM 18738/C3dx , the device show up as a CM 18738/c3dx PCI audio decive , i disable the onboard sound

in my last post i gave you a web site to get your cm18738 driver from
uninstall previous driver download new driver and reinstall if your still getting the same problems i suggest that you pull out the cm18738 pci card / and enable your onboard sound ! it does sound like your pci card is toast ! or you could buy another pci sound card they are very cheap to buy anyway good luck

If the error code is 10 in device manager, this means you have used a pci slot that is sharing with something else and there is not enough resources to start it.
Try a different slot or turn off unneeded hardware.
