[RESOLVED] Bootup problems (PDLWEMSG.DLL)

I'm getting the following message after booting up my PC:

In a "Error Starting Program" window, I get the message "A required .DLL file, PDLWEMSG.DLL, was not found". After replying "OK" the PC boots up and functions normally.

Any ideas anyone

Have you uninstalled or installed any programs lately? And which OS are you using?

I've install a Y2K Patch and that's it but i can't find any programs which are linked to thisw DLL and it isn't on the patch??
