Wrbby Public Service Message: Use FF at work

Hey gang! This is a tip for the n00bs on how to use FF at your work to keep your boss from knowing anything about your internet usage.

So like,.. if you work at a company that likes to snoop through your computer periodically and check your internet usage,.. never fear,. Firefox will save you! Like, your boss will go check in IE for your history, your temp int files, etc,... but it will always be clean and tidy and hardly used. Why? Because you are using FF for all your web browsing needs. It's great,... you can of course have it in a hidden directory so they don't even know it's there. Or just run it off a memory stick.

Of course if you work at a company where the IT dept knows what they are doing,.. then they will know how you use the internet either way. But thats ok. You just become friends with them and all is good. It's the managers who like to actually sit at your computer and read through your internet history while you are gone that you have to worry about. They are ruthless and will have something to scold you about if they see that you have visited www.myfamilyphotos.com 347 times last week. And who wants to keep having to clean out the IE history folder all the time? I know I don't.

Anyway,.. hope this helps. Good luck gang!!

Just don't get a false sense of security, cuz if they get the IT guy to do the snooping for them there's those nasty things called proxy logs.
