Start-> Run-> Regedit
Click Edit-> Find
and type RegisteredOwner

Or when in regedit you can look under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion

You can also just search for the person's name that appears in system properties.
