ntoskrnl.exe
Hello!
When I try to install Windows XP on a partition in the upper 160GB of my harddrive Windows copies files to and formats the partition fine. However when it's supposed to reboot and start install it says ntoskrnl.exe is corrupt. This only happens if the partition is in the upper 160GB.
However I need to install Windows there!
Is there any fix for this?
Thanks!

Bjorne, what is the full error message please?
I think this may be due to your bios - does the bios see the full 160gb?
It may also be due to lack of SP1 - is your xp cd sp1 included?
