I have never had dizzyness associated with my quitting attempts, has anyone else, as I have it this time.

Hang in there, Cleetus! After today, things should get much better physically. Just find something good for the "hand-mouth" thing, such as jerky, or something that gives you a reward for reaching for a cigarette.
The physical symptoms should be gone by tonight or midday tomorrow.
You can do this!

You might be mistaking dizziness for all the nicotine leaving your system and your brain fighting back with an overdose of brain chemical stuffs or something. Just hang in there,.. the worst part is almost over. You can do it. You've already made it this far.

You know that by quitting smoking this makes you two things. A Quiter... (your line), and a tree huggin' hippy. Just imagine how much cleaner Houston's air quality will be without you contribution of smoke!
