installing win 98
i have just finished fdisking and formating a computer with a win 98 system disk i made with another one of my computers. now i am trying to install win 98, but when i start up the computer with the system disk it doesn't give me the option to install win 98. what should i do?

Does it leave you at the A:\ prompt?

You need to change your drive to the CD ROM and then type setup.
Like:
d: [Enter]
setup [Enter]

your bootdisk will undoubtably create D: as a virtual drive so you may also want to try:
E: [Enter]
setup.exe [enter]

yes it does give me the a:\ prompt. i still don't understand how to change my drive to the cd rom. what do i have to do specifically?
