    Genius WebCam NB300

    Hello,

    I am trying to install the driver for the WebCam NB300 and I receiving the following error:

    Error Number - 0x80040702
    Failed to load dll:Update Camera

    I using the driver version 1.1 and my system is Windows XP Professional SP1 with 256MB RAM. Any idea?

    Welcome to Windrivers mbezerra

    Are you logged in as administrator?
    Have you tried installing it in safe mode?
    support for this camera is here The website is very very very slow, be patient. There is no driver version 1.1 on the site only 1.00.01 - did you download it from there or did you install from the cd?
