Ok your double-click problem could be a mouse fault or that the speed of the double-click is set too fast for how your clicking, if you go into the Control Panel and go into the mouse setup, you can adjust the speed in there.
As for the new option missing, its been like that in windows for as long as I can remember, you have to go into the folder first and then right click and do new.

No no no not like that when I double-click any of my folder, it open the 'open with' and for the new option, when I click right click or in 'File' in any folders there no the 'New' option.
Now do you get it?
And I also have one more problem, when I scroll down it's go up what happen?

So you are saying when you do a double click, you get the "Open With" submenu, and when you right-click and choose "new", you have no choices??
Is this correct??....................sorry, I am having a hard time understanding your English!

Does the "Open with" box say something like "Can't locate PROGRAM.EXE"? If so, that is likely a particularly nasty virus I saw on a customer's system once. I don't remember what it was called, but I did look it up on Symantec's website and found that it infects every executable on the system, even system stuff like explorer and systray. Repairing would've taken days of work. I had to just wipe and reload.
This could just be a case of registry corruption, but if so its severe.

HAI!! Everyone!!
No it's doesn't say that, it's just say like a normal 'open with' using right click on a ordinary file but this one it's on folders. weird huh?

You might have a Key stick on your keyboard. Try BANGING the Keyboards Ctrl, Alt, Shift Keys. Another things is, try getting to your folders using the keyboard cursor and Enter keys. Somehow your Click settings changed (some mice drivers doees that).
Cheers,
Gabriel
