Well I put myself to through the ultimate test tonight just so I could prove to myself how serious I am about this...
Went to the bar after work... Didnt smoke
Went to Hooters for dinner after the bar.. Didnt smoke
drove home sitting in 1 hour traffic jam .. (I hate Minneapolis) didnt smoke..
Sitting in front of PC drinking a beer.. Not smoking...
Smokes in teh fridge.. dont care.. not gonna do it...
looking good..

If you are serious, you will get rid of the ones in the fridge. Sell them to a friend, and buy something good to eat

Yes, the belayed cost of the smokes should easily cover the cost of membership at a health club.

Best way to quit IMO is to start smoking Camels or Lucky Strikes for awhile. I'd say Bull Durhams but they don't make them anymore do they? Soon you'll feel so bad that you'll actually enjoy quitting.
