trying to fdisk drive named using wierd symbols
How do i fdisk a drive that is named with wierd symbols. i cant type the name because i dont know how to make the symbols.

i had an issue where i couldnt remove the partition because the volume label in fdisk was wierd characters.
no matter what i did i couldnt get past it. i got it from a viruse .
i ended up going to dos with startup disk and run a format C:/u
then when i went back to fdisk to see if i can remove the partiton i was able to it didnt have a volume label.
my system was viruse free and happily working good again
not sure if this is your issue but hope it helped others
