you COULD turn off PnP in the bios, get into win, set the irq's etc so it all works, then either leave it off or turn on PnP again. it SHOULD (in theory) keep the settings. Bit of problem, but could solve it.
Also, have you got the latest motherboard drivers?
Finally it may be worth upgrading some of the cards you have to keep in step with the mobo..
