Dealing with Insurance Companies
Does anyone use just a typical form letter when telling a insurance company that a computer was hit by lighting or had a power surge? Im trying to figure out how to word the letter they want for a computer that was brought into my shop.

Last place I worked at, we had a form letter. I remember the key terms it used was "it appears to the best of my knowledge" and "consistent with damage caused by".
