Exhange/Outlook question
Hello all,
Situation is:
One Mailbox with two (or three) Email address. Client wants that messages that arrive to a specific address (one of the secondaries) will automatically be moved to a specified folder (Mail folder that is).
Opening another Mailbox is not an option - I know this would be the most immidiate solution but I can't open additional mailboxes due to licensing problem.
Using Exchange 2000 , outlook 2000. I would prefer a server based solution.
Cheers,
Gabriel

I think I must have missed the point ? Whats wrong with just writing another mail handling rule ?

When you have more than one Email address for one Mailbox than - exchange / outlook "sees" the addresses as one. you can not filter by rule
I hope I have clarified,
Gabriel

Sure you can. Just create a rule based on "sent to". Have it set up at home.
