First and foremost, HEAT!!!!!!! Check your fans. Make sure there aren't any cables obstructing the cpu fan\s. Is this a new system? You've got the cpu speed set correctly? I've seen bad memory cause this as well and if it only happens when you're runing a certain program, try reinstalling it. If it only happens in IE look for an update. Outside of that, do a virus-scan.

Sebring's right again. Also, check for big dust bunnies clogging the intake and exhaust points on your computer case. Just watch out for saber-toothed cooties, though. Those suckers'll take your finger right off. Yee-ouch!

PSU going bad can also cause this as can running a monitor through the pass-thru port, due to excess power drain. Heat seems the most logical explanation though like suggested.

The computer is only about 7 months old and i use compressed air on it every month, so i know it is clean. I was on for about a week strait, so maybe that was it. I'll try and run virus scan and check for any IE updates.

What kind of Upgrades have you done recently Hadware or software try to remember what changed on the system B4 the problem occured. Bad Memory can also cause a random reboot.

I ahve added memory, but that was in November.. this just happened the other day. Would it take that long for it to become a problem?

Any component can fail at any time. The passing of time only increases the odds.
