Well, if I was a citizen, I could carry a gun, not sure whether you can carry a concealed weapon in Florida, would have to ask Jaeger or Trip or another Floridian. However, federal law states that a non citizen cannot carry a gun (except in the case of James Bond)

Anyhow, the plot is thickening, my neighbour directly behind me has also been getting the unwanted attentions of the knock and run cabal, so we're meeting up later to talk tactics

I spoke to the bloke behind me last night. We've compared notes on when the gits have been around and seems to be on weekends, with the occaisional Thursday as well. We're going to reconvene on Friday afternoon to sort out a plan.

Of course that will change if and when we get a ringing doorbell at 1am tonight!

And 3 Finger.. no, I don't believe non-citizens can own a shotgun, I may be wrong though. Not sure about a special permit Arch mate... I haven't yet found it necessary to shoot one of my users

Apologies for dredging this one up again....

Well, the #$%@ing urchins are back again (at 12:30 and 1:00 approx), except this time, they've hit more houses.

We've called the police again (non emergency number) and apparently, once again they're sending someone out. They may have a shock when they see 6 sets of irate, sleep-deprived neighbours hanging out at my house drinking tea/coffee/scotch. (insert :mob: smiley if you can find it, or possibly :angry neighbours: )

Mrs Titchski is realy pissed off this time (Trip can vouch for how annoyed she gets ) - she's talking tasers with our neighbourhood watch coordinator at the moment

Oh well, no sleep again tonight for me

You can get concealed carry in Florida. Easier than some states, harder than others.

Its a practical issue that pissing you off & causing you grief, no apologies required whatsoever !!

Do you have a pressure hose ? One of them in your face is not only only a shock, but it damn well can hurt & will leave the culprit piss wet through ! & of course it leaves no marks 'particularly' (though if you are real close it'll leave bruising - 150 bar can do that ! !) - a tasers still a touch aggressive !

Have none of you got a big scarey dog ?

The collective Canine Inventory of our neighbours:

1 Rhodesian Ridgeback (which has been bought up to be a bit of a poof, and wet himself when one of my cats hissed at him )
    3 Rottweilers
    3 Rottweiler/German Shepherd Crosses
    1 horribley aggressive poodle
    1 Shi-Tzu ewok thing

We're all going to be sitting outside tonight. It was the same copper who came round before - really nice guy who understands the concept of community policing (so he'll be drummed off the force in no time ). Mrs Titchski ended up inviting him round for Thanksgiving . Anyhow, he mentioned something interesting, the town that I live in has a 15 foot easement on the front of the property - you cannot do anything on that, but if someone comes closer, you can use "reasonable force" to remove them (he remembered who we were and had read up a bit I think).

So the "30 year old and upwards Neighbourhood Watch Covert Ops Team" is going into action by staying up late and drinking beer on our patio's in the dark while using our failing eyesight to watch out for the little buggers.

    Thanks for listening guys

Keep the dogs on hand as you are all 'O.A.P's' your stamina mightn't be what it was , even a 'poof' cannine of sufficient size racing about will no doubt produce a little of the desired effect & scare the little gits away & you never know if you get lucky that one might remember what his teeth are really for ! - if the poodle you are on about is a full size one they are hell aggressive things & originally bred as hunting dogs (despite 'teh gay' haircuts many give them), so that'd give 'em a good chase too ! - infact thats a pretty good selection of man's best friends, for chasing/scaring/biting ?

I hope all this gets sorted for you soon, pooh like this can be most annoying ! (though I suspect you know that better than I ! )

The last week or so has been ok - they must be on Thanksgiving break until next weekend. Either that or they know my out-laws are in (or should I say the in-laws are out )

I'm sure it'll start up again though
