Oh my....its....its...coming.....eep! wibble...
I saw National Treasure last night, and there was a preview for this:
Reload the main page a few times. The destruction changes
Geez, I have to wait untill MAY to see it?!?!?!

Of COURSE it will be. Its a movie adaptation of a series of books. The whole thing together is like 3 inches thick. They have to cut it down a bit. Heck, did you ever see the BBC TV series? It has to be better than that. I'm so there.

I've never seen the BBC TV series, but you are being naive. Hollywood is fully capable of creating a movie that is better than nothing. 10:1 they mangle the characters into oblivion and completely ignore the original, comedy genius story, in favor of of some half-assed Hollywood "style."

Yes, and his family was on hand for some of the filming. They even appear as extras in one scene.
