Any Adobe wizards out there?
How-do,
I have a very large PDF file, containing information on all of my systems on the network. Now, I would like to take out just the information regarding certain systems. ie: Solaris machines. I've done a search of the document and found all headings with "Solaris" in them, and bookmarked them all, but now I don't know how to "combine" them (?) into a single PDF (?) maybe?
Or perhaps just print those pages/bookmarks?
Does that make sense?
Anyone? Anyone?
Thanks in advance

Have you tried to print to a PDF file?
I recall there was an option to save specific pages into another doc.

Okay, I somewhat figured it out, although I believe there has to be a better way.
I went to each bookmark I created and manually scrolled through until "Solaris" wasn't found anymore (some were 1 page some where 10). Then using the "Extract" function under the "Document" file heading, I extracted them, which creates a new file (it may just be a temp file).
And then, I "Created a PDF" from "multiple files", and selected all the ones I just created. This created a single document containing the info I wanted.
And then........NO "And then"
In case anybody cares.
Thanks for your help Adept.
