Quote what Rogue? If you're looking to quote another thread in a reply, just click on the reply button in the post you choose to quote.
If it's to insert a link or somesuch, then click on this:

and insert, or copy and paste what you choose to quote.

OK, one more question,
How do I put a picture into my post. I can't copy and paste into it, and when I try to attch a file (.bmp of .jpeg) it says that its too big.

Alright, I just quoted you be clicking on "reply".
Now, click on the

"Wrap (Quote} tags" and you'll end up with a place to put your picture, or whatever you want to post. Usually all you need to do is right click on the pic and choose "copy" and then "paste" it within the "Wrap quote tag".
