Enforce the rules.

It really was his choice. Anyone who has been here as long as Ya_Know should certainly know the consequences of such boorish behavior.

If the rules of civil behavior are relaxed in here, the bullying will likely kill this entire forum.

I have seen it happen elsewhere online, not just on the web, but on listservers and usenet as well. Without the proper guidelines and MODERATION, these things inevitably die.

It would be a shame for these forums to suffer such a fate.

to tekboy and again re-iterate: WFC

the only thing worse than having ya_know here is having a bunch of whiny little b*tches running around creating threads and polls about bringing him back. STFU. he got banned and that's that. if he comes back fine, if he doesn't that's fine too.

on a seperate side note, I think freddy should get a short vacation (a couple of days) for being a ****** and digging up all these old threads. it was mildly amusing the first day he did it. now it's just ridiculous and an incredible waste of everyone's time. he's making it harder for people who need help to get it by dragging up these old threads. I was shocked that instead of getting a mini-vacation for flooding the poliitcos board he actually got his way....which I'm sure set the precedent for this........

Politicos has much more leeway and is moderated by ILTU.... I may be super mod and can delete or move in there, but I prefer not to tread on ILTU's toes. Scott also has that option and also lets ILTU get on with the job.

what freddy has been doing the past week or so has been spamming the boards plain and simple. digging up old posts and posting news from 1998 or earlier is spamming. it serves no purpose to the forums, and just mangles things up the same as if someone had multiple posted free ipod offers all over the place here.

and you should be one to talk about being on the "rag" you are the biggest pot stirrer / complainer we have here. maybe you're just pi$$ed that someone complained about something "that isn't good for WD" first. I know it's early in the morning so I got you some coffee.
