(help) kyocera ez digital
i have a kyocera ez digital 1.3..........i installed the cd that came with it, and i was having a problem retriving my pictures, i went to add new hardware and clicked on the unknown device. And it said that windows matched my device with the most compatible driver.......i forgot what i clicked, but it said that windows has found something wrong but could not tell me what it was......i was like wtf. I think it has something to do with the driver, i dont think my computer supports this camera. i really dont know whats going on this is my first digital camera. So if anyone can help me with this problem and let me know whats going on. It would be greatly appreciated..thanx.
oh yea i have windows ME

I have installed a few digital cameras and their accompanying software
You should
1) remove the driver from your system.
You can remove the driver by right-clicking on MyComputer -> Choose properties -> Choose the Hardware tab -> Click Device manager(Be extremely careful in here, don't delete or touch anything you are unfamiliar with, deleting the wrong item could cause your system to fail) locate and then remove the driver from the list by right clicking on it and choosing remove or delete.
2) Install the software and
3) hook up the camera when prompted.
4) Hopefully success. Good luck!

can anyone let me know which one is the driver for my cam. i tryed uninstalling the whole thing and installing it again. and i said that it installed the driver successfully, for my digital camera and that i need to restart my computer. But when i got back to my desktop and plugged in my camera, it didnt do anything. i went to add new hardware and it couldnt find any new devices. I did download the driver from that yaschica link, it did work but my camera died of low batteries. when i got some new batteries i tried downloading it again. and it did now work. I dont know what the hell is going on!so if anyone can help this newbie with some simple step by step info, it woulld be helpfull.
thanx in advance..........
