I've got a Windows 95 machine that comtinually gets a VNTSTID_Register failed message every time you boot up. It's annoying as hell, anyone encountered this before and know how to remove it.

It sounds like it a reg for a program that is no longer installed, check your start-up on the start bar and the run folder in the registry for any thing that looks like it.
