    When I was a kid, we had a lawn mower like that. My dad took the pulley and cord off of it and got a socket that fit the big bolt on top of the flywheel. He also got an adapter to hook sockets to an electric drill.

    D*mn if'n I wasn't so incredibly lazy I would try that
