Did You See Polar Express
My wife and I took our daughters to see Polar Express a week ago. On my way to work this morning, the DJ on the radio described it as a great movie that the kids will really enjoy. Did you see it? If so, what did you think of it? I think it is a two hour movie that could easily be trimmed down to 30 minutes. I guess it must have been tough taking a short children's book and stretching it into a full length movie.
On a side note, the authur of the story is originally from here in Grand Rapids. There are several references to Grand Rapids in the movie, but they will go unnoticed if you are not familiar with this town. He chose Grand Rapids for the world premier for the movie, so I bunch of Hollywood people connected with the movie came here to see it. I understand the premier was open to the public, but the tickets were quite expensive.
Anyway, what did you think of the movie?

Didn't see it. I was saying that if I see it at all, it'll be at the Imax.....and I just haven't felt like heading downtown lately.

I'll most probably end up seeing it, even if it's not all that hot.
Imax is supposed to get it?
That might be interesting too.

So what you are saying is that if I saw the trailer for it, then I've pretty much seen the whole movie?
