Resolved [RESOLVED] advanced power management help

I recently replace my old harddrive with a newer (larger) one. After re-installing Windows 98, I found that the Advanced Power Management support (under System Devices in System in the Control Panel) was disabled.

I tried updating the driver, but I could not find any updated driver on the Windows CD, or on my old harddrive. Windows says it is using the most up-to-date version of the driver, but it disables it (the yellow ! icon appears next to it).

    Any help would be appreciated.

first check in the bios to see if power management is enabled. also, try taking it out of device manager and let windows re-detect it. also, check you mobo driver disk, and re-install the drivers.
