I go against the ultra-liberal French mindset (either here in QC or in France itself) and if Canada actually had an army, I'd be proud to serve if need be.
Heck I don't even consider french poodles to be dogs.
PS: Berets = teh gay. Never had one. Prefer not to come in contact with them either.

Never ever been.
Didn't see a reason to do it when Lévesque was around, ans there's no reason to do it today either, despite the current provincial party's complete obfuscation at realizing that after a referendum, the population's wishes should be respected and not assume that another referendum should be held a few years down the road until you get what you want.
It amazes me that Quebecers will vote for the Parti Québecois whose main platform is the soverignty of QC, but vote against that very motion when it is put to them in a referendum.
If Quebecers truly wanted to preserve their culture, values, mores and language, they would be better off raising kids. Instead, the birth rate of "native" Quebecers is actually a negative number at this time.
So you want to preserve and protect the Quebec heritage... OK... Who for?
The average Quebecer will whine and complain that he is losing his status as a francophone in Canada and support laws which do exactly that for anglophones and allophones inside his own province. Until recently, I was unable to have my children attend an english-speaking school (even though I had attended such as a teenager), since they had been born in Québec in the first place.
Hey.
That felt pretty good.

Not anymore apparently because you spell using R's, and if you're from New Hampsha, there are no R's.
