Does not mess up the system like norton,

its better than norton at detecting and eliminating virus.

The other issue is that virus companies are on the back end of the curve. New virus's come out all the time and the virus companies are on the catch up. On the other hand (for you conspiracy theory people, like me ) sure is funny how they have a repair tool out so quickly.

Yeah, but who gets the patchs out first, and who get to use them first, I doubt the AVG Free users get the very latest, the very first!
