save image as....

ok...once upon a time i would right click on an image and be able to save it with its original file name and extension...now all images in explorer default to untitled.bmp

anybody got a clue?

Go to add/remove programs, select IE, and remove, choose the "fix IE" option.
If that fails, select a .jpg or .gif, and associate it with a graphics program, not explorer.
