Software Firewall Recomendations

Using Winroute at the moment but am becoming increasingly unhappy with it. Can anyone give me any recomendations on a good software based firewall that could be used in a corporate environment. Purchasing / licencing costs not a problem.

The 'grown up' version of 'Blackice' is worth a look, have a mooch here - 'full sized' the bill for this is pretty scary, but I get nothing but good feedback on it, I've no big fat servers to be running it on to give personal feedback, but nobody who has put it in has thought about changing it anyway, which must be a good sign .. ..
