Creative Labs Modem Blaster 56K V. 90
I'm trying to install a Creative Labs modem blaster 56K V.90 in a 700MHz Celeron, 128MBRAm, 15GB HD, intel 815 MB(NotSure) and I can't get it to work. Tried useing the driver install program and everything, but the computer still just receignizes it an an Unknown Device. What do I do?
P.S. Put the same modem in an XP Pro computer and it diden't find that I had installed anything. Nothing in device manager or anything. Just acted like I haden't put it in. This modem is makeing me mad.

Try downloading the latest drivers from Creative, save to a familiar location, then update manually from within Device Manager and browse to the saved location. When you open Device Manager, You probably will see the yellow exclamation point on the "unknown device" with no drivers listed installed, just update the drivers and choose the saved location. You probably will have to open the driver file to expose the particular driver for the Windows version you are trying to update for before the "OK" button turns black.
