    BoOst my pc volume

    Hi

    I was wondering if there were any programs out there that might give my pc volume a boost. Even with all the windows volume controls up full, the level is pretty low though my headphones.

    Any ideas would be great, thanks.

    That depends on what you have the headphones plugged into
    If they are plugged directly in to the sound card then the problem is that the sound card doesnt have enuff amplification.
    In that case you need a set of amplified speakers with a headphone jack

    yeah they are plugged directly into the soundcard
    i guess im stuck with what ive got then, or at least intill i get some speakers or amp.

    Check to see if your soundcard has a headphone jack in addition to the line out jack. (Make/model?)

    its nothing special, just an onboard chip, and no it only has one line out.
