Angry Multiboot, OSLoader, OS Selector, Etc.

I am making at least minor hardware and software changes to my system all the time. I think that my main hdd is developing errors, and after going down twice yesterday, (wouldn't finnish loading windows), I decided to start over. This time I decided to go with a multiboot configuration right off the bat.

I want 1 Main XP Pro Partition for work. 1 XP Pro Partition for Gaming. And the flexibilty to format and rebuild either partition without a lot of run-around. I have 4 SATA HDD's.

I've used Windows XP's built in multiboot before, But I wanted something with more flexibility. I also have Acronis OS Selector, Which seemed to work well for awhile and then got kind of buggy. I find it hard to find technical information about it.

This time, I decided to try OSLoader Again. I Partitioned the first drive as 2 80GB Partitions. I installed XP Pro on the first partition. Then Installed Drivers Etc. I read OS loader's "Help" Section. Ran setup /X. Imaged partition with True Image 8, Restored it to HDD 2. Installed OS Loader. Restarted.

HDD0 Partition 1 give me an error of invalid partition signature. If I go to HDD1 Partition 1, I boot off of HDD0 Partition1 Successfully. The same goes for HDD4 Parition 1.

    I tried copying the boot.ini, ntldr, and ntdetect.com to hdd0 part1, and tried editing boot.ini on hdd1, part2 to boot from hdd1, part1.

    No change.

I am very frustrated. The documentation is very sparse and troubleshooting info is sparse also.

Does anybody have any other recommendations?

Try BootIt Next Generation. Free to try, not crippled.
