Time in sytem tray off as the day goes on
The time in the system tray is off as the day goes on. I can reset it in the morning and by noon the time will show 11:30. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Dodgy battery is 98% likely, but there are other things that can cause it. Are you allowing the system to go into sleep mode? Some of them don't track time properly in sleep mode.

Have you thought about using an atomic clock program to sycronize your clock? I know you can download some freeware versions at your favorite download site.

Are you on a network? novell networks quite often will synchronize ALL the clocks on the network to protect the integrity of the DNS tree.
