You can get the oem version at new egg with just a minimal hardware purchase

It was only available to top tier system builders. Microsoft has made it available to everyone. READ: Not enough sales to top tier builders. Directron.com has it available for 113.00? dollars.
I do alot of retail work. I have not had one customer ask me about or worked on that version of Windows yet.

I got it for 138 USD, so I guess it's not as hot a deal as I thought I'm going to give it a go tho!
