    Can't Leave Messages on Server

    I have a client who is running Outlook and would like to leave messages on the server. She says that she checks the box, but then it does not stay checked and the messages are not being left on the server.

    I figured it may be a known issue, but my googling produces no answer. Anyone seen this?
