*When scrolling down when using the net..*
i have just re-installed XP onto the other computer downstairs, and this has happened everytime that i re-install XP. Everything works normal, but when i use IE or AOL to browse the net, when i scroll down, the screen moves and jumps, but it seems to be like a slow wave-type motion. I dunno what this is, but its really annoying, and i really could do with getting it sorted. here is the spec of my comp:

This might be something else, but have you installed the display drivers, and changed the resolution refresh rate from the default 60hz?

^^ I havn't done nothing else yet, how do you change the refresh rate? Here is a screen print, coz its not letting me change the refresh rate...

anybody be able to help...
Its not even the pc that i use, it fro mum n dad, sister etc....

if you are unable to change refresh rate..
either your display card is not installed and you are using XP's default driver or maybe your monitor is not installed.

^^I sorted it out...I changed the pixels for the monitor and that sorted it out..Thanks for the reply's anyhow!!
