Scroll button way too slow or way too fast
I hate how the scroll button on my pen (or mouse) works, you know when you hold the scroll wheel down and then move the mouse up or down to scroll?
I can either scroll ridiculously slowly or ridiculously fast, there's nothing in between, is there a registry tweak to correct these ridiculous scrolling speeds?
Thanks

I find that there are different positions to place the mouse in when using these features. Excel is the toughest one to tune, but if you gauge your distance from the center of the place holder, start at a half inch, then a full inch, and back again, you will see a speed variation. It’s kind of like playing the trombone, in that initially it’s hard to find the positions, but after a bit of practice, you learn where you need to be, and it becomes second nature.
Try it in excel, and remember…less is more, i.e. don't slam the mouse all the way to the bottom of the page!

In some programs it seems to work well, I do make sure I move it only a bit, but in some programs it skips from way too slow to way too fast with nothing in between.
