There are still lots of dodgy software sellers out there. A simple search on ebay.co.uk found the following on the first page...
Office 2003 full at a buy it now price of £8.50???
This one slightly more expensive at £12
I can't be bothered with any more there's so many out there!

Just my 2 cants, but if you look into it confus'ed has something here. In recent years EULA's have not been standing up in court. You cannot allow someone to buy software free and clear and then force them t oagree to whatever your terms are after the item is purchased or the product they bought is useless. You'll also find specifically that the "we claim no responsibility" clause is one that judges are having a hayday with, especially on lawsuits businesses are filing against m$ for crashes due to an update.
