Help:How to logoff your computer in DOS mode
I'm trying to log off my computer in Dos mode but nothing concrete
how can I go about it.

Does he just mean 'exit' ? that closes a current session & returns you to windows ...

Or is it at the dos prompt (eg C:\>) and Odero wishes to know if there is anything further to do? If you booted into dos, then switching off when no programs are running is fine.
If you mean you were logged onto a server using dos, it would depend what the server software is... if it's windows server use the command
NET LOGOFF
If Novell I think that was
LOGOUT
